How to change rstudio password

Follow these steps to change your RStudio password:
1. Open a web-browser and go to rstudio.byu.edu

2. Login with your current username and password

3. Select Tools > Shell from the top menu (see picture below)

4. When you click Shell a new window will open; inside that window type passwd and press the Enter/Return key

5. You will be prompted to type in your current password, then your new password
(You will not see any text as you type your password; this is normal and is for your protection)
