VPN Access

BYU's Office of Information Technology provides VPN access for full-time faculty, staff, and select students.

For VPN access please do the following:

  1. Call (801) 422-4000, give them your BYU NetID and request VPN - General Access.
  2. After you have been granted access (generally < 24hrs) you can now download the Global Protect VPN software.
  3. Open a web browser and go to vpn.BYU.edu
vpn.BYU.edu

4. Open the Global Protect app and add the portal address vpn.byu.edu and click connect. Login with your BYU netid and password.
